The design template has a fixed resolution of 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels, which corresponds precisely to the canvas area used during the engraving process. Within this canvas, the active engraving zone is clearly delineated in green. This green-marked area represents the maximum printable/engravable surface. Any elements placed outside this boundary will be excluded from the final engraved output, either being cropped or ignored entirely during production. The Sheets Boys LLC does not accept any responsibility nor liability for any item designed by you, the customer. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns
To return your product, please follow the steps and instructions provided to you after you have initiated the return process via your last email of receipt of your item.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item and/or replacement item (if approved) to reach you may vary. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your (defective or damaged only) item for the same item, please initiate a “Return” and as explained prior, following the proper and necessary steps. By submitting artwork or designs for use in your design work, you affirm that you own the rights or possess the necessary licenses for their use. You accept full responsibility and agree to indemnify Sheets Boys LLC from any and ALL claims, disputes, or legal actions related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations involving the submitted materials. Any use of this designer to create, develop, or promote content that is inappropriate, illegal, hateful, or incites acts of malice is strictly prohibited, forbidden, and not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the designer and may carry legal consequences. Sheets Boys LLC reserves the right to take action against any misuse of this tool. Furthermore, if any item or items that have been purchased as a result of the use of the "Your Style, Your Way!" designer are found to be in violation of this policy, they will NOT be refunded and WILL be reported to the appropriate authorities. By using the Sheets Boys LLC "Your Style, Your Way!" designer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
"Jewelry Personalization" process STRICT WARNING NOTICE:
The Sheets Boys LLC "Jewelry Personalization" process is subject to strict usage policies and legal requirements. Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light to permanently etch designs onto material surfaces. Due to the nature of this process, results may vary depending on the material's coating, finish, and composition. Even with similar materials, slight variations in color, depth, and overall appearance are normal. Additionally, actual product colors may differ slightly from what is displayed online, due to screen settings and the engraving method. Proper care and cleaning are essential to maintain the appearance and durability of your personalized item. By submitting artwork or designs for engraving, you affirm that you own the rights or possess the necessary licenses for their use. You accept full responsibility and agree to indemnify Sheets Boys LLC from any and ALL claims, disputes, or legal actions related to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations involving the submitted materials. Any use of this process to create, develop, or promote content that is inappropriate, illegal, hateful, or incites acts of malice is strictly prohibited, forbidden, and not allowed. Violations of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the process and may carry legal consequences. Sheets Boys LLC reserves the right to take action against any misuse of this process. Furthermore, if any item or items that have been purchased as a result of the use of the "Jewelry Personalization" process are found to be in violation of this policy, they will NOT be refunded and WILL be reported to the appropriate authorities. By using the Sheets Boys LLC "Jewelry Personalization" process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
Do not Try to Harm Our Systems. You agree not to interfere with or try to disrupt our Services, for example by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code into our platforms or third-party services. You agree not to use the Services: (i) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which does not comply with this Agreement; or (ii) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm any Sheets Boys LLC Party or expose any of them to liability. You agree that Sheets Boys LLC reserves the right to audit our platforms (systems) to ensure integrity and compliance with this Agreement, at the sole discretion of Sheets Boys LLC.
Follow Brand Guidelines. The name “Sheets Boys LLC”, our iconography, phrases, logos, and designs that we use in connection with the Products or Services we provide are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Sheets Boys LLC. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Sheets Boys LLC does not grant you any rights to use its trademarks, service marks, or trade dress. You may state in connection with the Services or Products provided by Sheets Boys LLC that Sheets Boys LLC provided such Services or Products. If you use any of our trademarks in reference to our Products or Services, you must include a statement attributing that trademark to us. You must not use any of our trademarks: (i) in or as the whole or part of your own trademarks; (ii) in connection with activities, Products or Services which are not ours; (iii) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or (iv) in a manner that disparages us or our information, Products or Services (including the Site). By submitting those ideas and materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, non-revocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you at any time.
Communication Methods. Sheets Boys LLC will provide you with certain legal information in writing. By using our Services, you’re agreeing to our communication methods which describe how we provide that information to you. Digital items and any results may only be used in connection with the advertising, promoting, offering and sale of Sheets Boys LLC’s Products and may not be used for other purposes or in conjunction with products from other manufacturers. If Sheets Boys LLC provides the possibility for Users to modify or customize any Digital Items, you will ensure that the Content used to modify such Digital Items will comply with the intellectual property laws and our Policies.

6. Limited Warranty On Products
Summary: Please read this section very carefully—it covers our obligations and responsibilities for Sheets Boys LLC services. If you have an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a replacement product or refund, so reach out to us as soon as possible.
Limited Warranty. We warrant that, at the time of delivery of a Product to a User, the Product will not be materially defective or damaged (the “Limited Warranty”).
Who May Use This Warranty? Sheets Boys LLC extends the Limited Warranty only to Users. All Limited Warranty coverage terminates if the User sells or otherwise transfers a Product.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to or defect in a Product caused by any of the following: (a) you or third parties; (b) any improper handling (including during shipping), use or storage of the Product; (c) any failure to follow Sheets Boys LLC services, platforms, and integrations instructions and/or Product instructions; (d) any modifications to the Product; (e) any unauthorized repair to the Product; or (f) any external causes such as accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God” or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; or (g) any costs or expenses related to the loss of use of the Product or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover any items supplied by third parties, size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.
Finally, as noted elsewhere in this Agreement, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a Product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate. Accordingly, this Limited Warranty does not cover such matters.
What Is The Period Of Coverage? This limited warranty starts on the date of the delivery of the Product and lasts for thirty (30) days (the “Warranty Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, Sheets Boys LLC acknowledges that according to some jurisdictions the User may be entitled to a longer Warranty Period.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty? With respect to any materially defective or damaged Product, we will, at our sole discretion, either: (a) replace such Product (or the defective or damaged part of the Product) free of charge, or (b) refund the purchase price paid to us by the User.
